1997年：廣東順德正科電器實(shí)業(yè)有限公司在廣東佛山成立。

1998年： 全年產(chǎn)品銷量2000余臺。

1999年：全年業(yè)績快速上升，企業(yè)穩(wěn)步發(fā)展，陸續(xù)推出多款產(chǎn)品。
