美國泰科Kendall SCD? Express抗血栓感應(yīng)壓力系統(tǒng)包括三個組成部分：主機、獨立連接管、一次性腿套或腳套。

多合一主機：

SCD 感應(yīng)壓力系統(tǒng)提供最可靠、zyx以及最個人化的壓力zl方案：
        1. 最適合壓力模式：
①梯度壓力：腳踝45mmHg ，小腿40mmHg ，大腿30mmHg ，保證血液單向流動；
②圓周壓力：通過充氣腿套對腿部進行圓周壓力，有效qc靜脈瓣后血液瘀積；
③連續(xù)壓力：壓力循環(huán)內(nèi)，先對腳踝腔充氣，保持適當(dāng)壓力的同時再對小腿腔充氣，達到適合壓力后再對大腿腔充氣，{zh1}三個腔達到各自設(shè)定壓力后完成壓力循環(huán)，從而避免靜脈瓣受損，清空腿部血液，確保血流速度穩(wěn)定在一個較高的水平。

適用范圍：

1、ICU，骨科，普外科，婦科，整形外科，神外，泌尿外等；
2、臥床或制動時間超過72小時；
3、年齡超過60歲；
4、多發(fā)性創(chuàng)傷特別是盆腔、髖部或下肢骨折，脊髓損傷導(dǎo)致截癱，偏癱；
5、大中型手術(shù)中及術(shù)后；
6、靜脈血管損傷如靜脈曲張、靜脈炎患者；
