預(yù)制式塑膠跑道是一種卷材跑道。以tr橡膠及人工橡膠為基礎(chǔ)，混合礦物質(zhì)填充劑、穩(wěn)定劑及色料于工廠內(nèi)連續(xù)壓延處理，并以280-300℃的高溫加硫硬化一體成型，機(jī)械壓花，紋路一致的雙層結(jié)構(gòu)合成橡膠。采用環(huán)保的tr橡膠、合成橡膠和環(huán)保助劑等材料預(yù)制模壓印花，通過自動化生產(chǎn)線，經(jīng)高溫（180～200℃）一次性預(yù)制生產(chǎn)成型。具有環(huán)保和良好的耐候性、耐磨性，具有厚度均勻、彈性均勻、耐釘刺、抗老化能力強、抗沖擊吸收好、回彈優(yōu)異等特點。是環(huán)保要求和運動員比賽提高成績{sx}產(chǎn)品，各項技術(shù)指標(biāo)均符合國標(biāo)及國際田聯(lián)IAAF要求。
