N1045A 60 GHz 遠程采樣探頭模塊經過設計可提供出色的測量精度和{zg}的吞吐量，適用于多路電氣設計測試。遠程探頭設計允許用戶將高帶寬采樣器放置在接近被測器件的位置，從而限度地減少電纜損耗。
為了高效地測試當前高速設計所采用的高密度端口，每個 N1045A 模塊都配有 2 或 4 個遠程探頭采樣器。86100D DCA-X 寬帶寬示波器主機最多容納 4 個 N1045A 模塊，由此單個主機可以靈活地配置 2 至 16 個電通道。用戶可以選擇 60/45/35/20 GHz 帶寬，對模塊進行配置以便獲得{zd1}噪聲（< 300 uV）或帶寬（65 GHz 典型值）。用戶還能選擇配有 1.85mm 頭或連接器的采樣器，從而限度地減輕適配器引起的信號降級。每個采樣器均提供獨立的偏斜控制，可讓用戶xc電纜或夾具造成的偏斜。
當 N1045A 與 86107A 精密時基模塊搭配使用時，86100D 可為多達 8 個 60 GHz 通道提供超低時基抖動（< 200 fs rms），非常適合對運行速率在 25 – 28 Gbps 之間的四端口設備進行測試。83496B 時鐘恢復模塊、N4877A CDR 和去多路復用器或其它外部時鐘恢復儀器均提供時鐘恢復功能。


Description
N1045A 60 GHz remote sampling probe module through the design can provide excellent measurement accuracy and the highest throughput, suitable for multi-channel electrical design test. Remote probe design allows the user to high bandwidth sampler is placed in close proximity to the device under test position, thus minimizing the loss of power cable.
In order to efficiently test high port density current used by the high speed design, each of the N1045A modules are equipped with 2 or 4 remote probe sampler. 86100D DCA-X broadband oscilloscope host holds a maximum of 4 N1045A modules, thus a single host can flexibly configure 2 to 16 electrical channel. The user can select the 60/45/35/20 bandwidth of GHz, the configuration of the module in order to obtain the lowest noise (< 300 uV) or the maximum bandwidth (65 GHz typ.). The user can choose with 1.85mm positive head or female head connector sampler, thus reducing the signal adapter caused relegation. Each sampler are providing independent deflection control, allows the user to eliminate the deviation caused by cable or fixture.
When N1045A and 86107A precision time base module collocation is used, 86100D can provide ultra low jitter of up to 8 60 GHz channels (< 200 FS RMS), is very suitable to test run rate between 25 - 28 Gbps four port device. 83496B clock recovery module, N4877A CDR and go to the multiplexer or other external clock recovery apparatus shall provide a clock recovery function.
