Developed for the wireless handheld market with low power consumption and high data throughput, this model has a standby current of only 2.5 μA and a current consumption of 400 μA at 500 Hz. In the industrial temperature range, when the processor performance reaches 200MIPS, even if all peripherals are turned on, the operating current is only 65mA.
